IDW-800T MFDC Spot Welding Controller for Automotive & Metal Hardware
The IDW-800T is a high-performance MFDC resistance welding power supply designed for industrial resistance welding applications requiring high current, precise control and consistent welding quality. With a maximum output current of 900A and a rated power of 180KVA, the system delivers stable welding performance for demanding production environments. As an advanced resistance spot welding controller, IDW-800T combines high-frequency inverter technology, intelligent welding control and comprehensive quality monitoring to improve production efficiency and welding consistency.

Operating at 1kHz or 4kHz, the IDW-800T high frequency resistance welding machine power system provides fast current response and precise energy control. Two control modes are available: constant peak current and constant conduction angle, allowing users to select suitable welding parameters according to different materials, workpieces and production requirements.
The three-stage welding function supports preheating, main welding and tempering processes. Operators can independently configure welding steps, current reduction and recycling times to optimize the welding process. This flexibility makes the IDW-800T suitable for various metal joining applications, including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and other conductive materials.
For automated manufacturing, the IDW-800T supports multihead spot welding machine configurations and provides flexible integration with PLC systems and industrial robots. Three free program I/O outputs simplify external equipment connections, while RS-485 communication and optional RS-232 customization enable remote control and production-line integration. BCD code control further supports automated program selection.
