    HT-300 Pulse Heating Welding Power Supply

    The Hot series pulse welding power supply is a high-frequency inverter DC pulsed hot-press welding power supply independently developed by Huandian. Key components are famous branded imported to ensure product reliability and stability. Utilizing innovative inverter power supply technology and DSP electronic control, the temperature control accuracy and heating rate significantly surpass those of traditional AC hot-press welding. 


    This pulse heat welding power supply also contains powerful welding quality control capabilities, data monitoring, and traceability, along with strong welding stability, a low defective rate, a compact size, and ease of automated integration. It can be combined with a host computer for welding networking and group control, enabling visualization, dataization, and intelligent control of the entire welding process.


    1. Real temperature waveform display

    The 7-inch high-definition touch screen has built-in oscilloscope and detector functions, which can display the preset temperature curve, actual temperature curve, real-time pressure curve, real-time displacement curve waveform of each welding, as well as real-time temperature, pressure, displacement and other data for analysis, realizing visualization of the welding process and simple and easy debugging.


    2. 5- Pulse temperature control

    Supports up to 5- pulse of temperature rise and constant temperature waveform control, with freely adjustable heating time and temperature to meet diverse welding temperature requirements. The post-heat pressing function effectively solves the problem of workpiece adhesion during hot riveting


    3. Powerful quality judgment function

    Equipped with a welding quality judgment function, it supports upper and lower limit monitoring settings for key welding values such as average and peak temperature, pressure, and displacement. In addition to main temperature monitoring, it also supports auxiliary thermocouple monitoring to achieve dual-channel temperature sampling monitoring.


    4.  Welding quality traceability function

    The powerful database function can record tens of thousands of data points such as temperature, pressure, displacement, and alarm and fault information for each section of hot pressing welding. It also supports exporting tables to USB flash drives, facilitating welding quality monitoring and tracking.


    5. Force and displacement

    To meet the high standards of welding consistency and stability, this machine supports average and instantaneous pressure monitoring, providing an alarm when pressure exceeds the limit. It also supports a pressure trigger function, which activates welding only when the pressure reaches the set value, ensuring consistent pressure across welds. It also supports displacement penetration monitoring and a penetration interrupt function, which immediately stops powering on when the displacement reaches the set value, ensuring consistent weld penetration across welds.


    6. Welding head preheating constant temperature

    Supports welding head preheating constant temperature function. When the power is on standby, the hot pressing welding head automatically maintains the set constant temperature, reducing the time required for heating to the target temperature and greatly improving the efficiency of the entire hot pressing welding process.


    7.Built-in multiple diagnostic protections

    Built-in 46 alarm measures and self-abnormal monitoring, including thermocouple break, thermocouple reverse connection, overload, overheating, over-limit, and counting protection, enhance the safety of the welding power supply system itself and ensure the quality of the welded workpiece.


    8. Group Control (option)

    The system supports networked control of single or multiple hot-press welding machines, remote data collection, parameter modification, remote monitoring, and equipment status monitoring. It also supports automatic backup and restoration of welding process parameters and parameter comparison and analysis. It saves each temperature value and corresponding temperature waveform, and supports historical temperature waveform comparison. It records all alarm and fault information and generates alarm data analysis reports to help improve welding efficiency and quality. It also visualizes and digitizes the welding process
