This process heats the weld to a preset temperature in a very short time, allowing for rapid cooling and solidification. Compared to traditional heating methods, pulsed resistance welding offers advantages such as rapid heating, precise temperature control, and a minimal heat-affected zone, making pulsed resistance welding ideal for connecting and packaging high-precision electronic components.


The HT-300 and HT-500 build on Urwelder's expertise in precision welding. Equipped with a high-performance temperature control module and intelligent detection system, the HT-300 and HT-500 display and record temperature, pressure, and displacement curves in real time, enabling full-process monitoring and quality traceability.
